If we can't make something, or can't hit your date, we say so before you've paid a deposit.
Shenzhen DBX Supply grew out of a small export trading office in Longgang. Our job was to stay invisible: a buyer sent us a spec, we found the factory, ran the samples, checked the goods and shipped them out with someone else's label on the front.
That work taught us the part of this industry most buyers never see — which seams fail first, which hardware rusts, which "waterproof" fabric isn't. In 2026 we stopped being invisible and put our own name on two products we already know inside out.
We started in export trade, sourcing and shipping consumer goods for buyers in Europe and North America. Few customers, long relationships, no marketing — most of our work came from people we had already shipped for.
Order after order: samples, inspections, shipments. We learned which suppliers quote honestly, which hardware rusts, and which faults only show up after a season of real use. The brands took the credit; we took the lessons.
We developed our first own products with two partner factories we've worked with for years — the dog car hammock and the hands-free bungee leash — and opened orders to brands, distributors and independent sellers under their own label. The equestrian helmet bag followed, on the same check sheets.
New items will come from what buyers actually ask for, not from a catalogue we copied. If there's something you'd want made, that's a useful conversation to have.
If we can't make something, or can't hit your date, we say so before you've paid a deposit.
We'd rather run a 300-piece order properly than chase volume we can't look after.
Double-stitched stress points and decent hardware matter more than a nice product photo.
Every enquiry gets an answer. If we go quiet on you, it's because we've told you we're waiting on something.
We don't run a factory, so here is exactly who does what — no vagueness about it. Cutting, stitching, hardware assembly and packing happen at our two partner factories. Specification, sampling decisions, fabric and hardware sourcing, inspection and every conversation you have with us happen on our side. Printing, dyeing and woven labels come from specialist suppliers that the factories use.
Tell us what you're planning. We'll answer honestly, including when we're not the right fit for it.
